We loved everything. The owners were so lovely,supportive and super friendly,especially with our little daughter.

The most amazing view from the rooms! Big roof terrace overlooking the mountain valley, which was great for our group of 12 to sit and hangout on! Rooms had everything you need - fridge, kettle, hair dryer, hot water. The men working at the hotel were amazing! When my mother and brother fell sick, they brought Ayurvedic medicine to help settle their stomachs, and just couldn’t do enough for us!!!

Location was not the same on the map, it’s further from the main town that I thought. In the end that turned out to be better though, as the town is very lively and I can imagine at night it’s really loud to stay there, whereas here it was very peaceful. The problem with the location is the road isn’t accessible by vehicles, and we were a family of 12 in a minibus. On booking it says it has parking, but the road is too steep and not maintained well that our driver could not go up to the hotel, this meant that we had to hire a tuk tuk at the bottom of the hill to take our baggage to the hotel. There was no other tuk tuks around (as it’s not in the town), so the rest of us had to walk up the hill to check in. My aunt has Parkinson’s disease and uses a walking stick, so this was really uncomfortable for her. It would be better if it was advertised properly, as we chose this hotel because it said it had the road access and parking. When you get to the hotel, everything’s on different floors, with really narrow and steep staircases. The steps are all unevenly spaced so my aunt had to be really careful as it was easy for everyone to misjudge the steps. My aunts twin room was also on the third floor, which meant she had to climb up 4 flights of stairs to reach her room. Again just if it was advertised properly then we would have known. Everyone had the same complaint that the beds were quite uncomfortable with incredibly hard pillows.

Ubytování je bokem od hlavního ruchu městečka Ella, což zaručuje naprostý klid. Naprosto dechberoucí výhled na Ella rock a vodopády. Jste obklopeni fantastickou přírodou. Do Ella je to krátká desetiminutová procházka. Je zde mnoho restaurací, barů, kaváren, směnárny, banky atd. Ubytování Seven heaven je skromnější ale naprosto čisté, personál velmi vstřícný a laskavý. Vždy připraven pomoci. Snídaně byla skvělá, místní ale vybral si každý. Koupelna jednoduchá ale naprosto dostačující. Není klimatizace, jen větrák ale vůbec to nevadí v noci neni chladno. Ideální místo k výletů v okolí Ella. Všude lze pronajmout tuktuk a někam se přiblížit.

Večer byl nižší tlak vody ve sprše, ale je to dáno polohou. Nic co by bylo na závadu.

When the windows were closed, the Room smelled, seemed like very wet air due to no airconditioning
