Amazing view. The host was all smiles and nice to talk to. Walking distance from downtown Ella. Nice breakfast.

The view from the hotel was truly beautiful. It made us really happy to stay in such a scenic place, just a short walk away.

A few hours after completing the booking, hotel staff called me and said that the hotel was closed on those days (15th-16th April) and asked me to cancel the booking. I refused to cancel and then they said that they will not honor the booking. It is impossible that the hotel was closed during new year holiday. I believe that they wanted to give higher priority to another booking at a higher rate due to high demand in holiday season.

Minden a legnagyobb rendben ! A reggeli bőséges és finom, a személyzet előzékeny , segítőkész ,udvarias volt. Lesték minden gondolatunkat… Köszönet érte !😊

Talán egy légkondicionáló berendezés jó lenne…,mert zárt ajtók mögött bemelegszik a szoba.

Amazing view from our little balcony! The staff arranged for our laundry to be cleaned which was so helpful - as we’re doing the Pekoe Trail and we had a lot. It’s close enough to town to walk in but far enough out to be quiet, staff are very friendly.
