Estava tudo excelente, desde o quarto ao pequeno almoço. A D.Elisete foi muito prestável e recebeu nos muito bem. Já não foi a nossa primeira vez e não será a última. Sempre que formos ao Luso iremos lá ficar.

No geral era agradável, bem situado, com estacionamento, pequeno almoço bom, funcionários prestáveis.

Quando chegamos ao alojamento foi-nos atribuído um quarto sem varanda, a reserva foi feita com varanda, e o quarto além do ar condicionado não funcionar e estar bastante frio, cheirava a mofo. Como reservamos duas noites, a segunda noite depois de reclamar, foi-nos atribuído um quarto melhor, com ar condicionado a funcionar bem e com varanda, o que me deixou mais satisfeita.
