"Fantastic stay would stay again. Comfortable cozy and well kept."

Very homey and comfortable. New carpets and well decorated. Quiet and very well renovated. We appreciated the family room with built in games on the walls. My daughter and I especially enjoyed the window seat so we could watch the boats come and go. Fantastic stay.

Beds are not great. Much to soft and sag. Could benefit from a replacement.

Everything was clean and felt brand new!

Not incredible access to parking but if you’re able to get up very early to pay for street parking it’s not bad at all!

Best accommodation we stayed at during our Scotland road trip! The location is perfect for reaching everything on foot. Both the room and the facility are brand new and sparkling clean. There were also some treats for us, which were much appreciated. I wish we could have stayed longer!

It’s an unmanned guesthouse so didn’t see any staff.
