Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen. In einer Gemeinschaftsrecht konnte man sich selbst Tee/Kaffee kochen und sein Frühstück zubereiten.

Der Gastgeber hat auf Anfragen zum Checkin erst am Nachmittag dws Ankunftstages mit einer Standardnachricht reagiert. Anfragen vorher wurden nicht beantwortet, sodass ich mich schon veranlasst sah, Booking einzuschalten.

Зручне ліжко, але біля нього немає тумбочки, все мінімалістично, тільки щоб переночувати. Ключі можна взяти о 10.00 і залишити речі в кімнаті, що дуже зручно.

Нічого поганого , все як на сайті.

The bathroom is really dated and should be renovated, the bedroom also needs to be deep cleaned and freshen up.

Central location near the train station. So if You have an early flight or a train, it could be convenient to take a Pisa mover to the AIRPORT ( waking not recommended, especially while it is still dark outside). Kitchen was available. WiFi. Tv. Ventilation. Convenient for layover or stopover transit situations. Also if You like to explore more of Tuscany using the train options. Good value for money.

I didn't see the owner or anyone in charge, all indications to reach my room were given via WhatsApp. I wasnt given any indication on how everything worked, and I assume no one did as I got food stolen from the fridge the first night. The location is good, but feels a bit unsafe at times.

The location was fantastic — probably the best part of the stay. Super convenient and exactly what I was looking for in terms of accessibility.

The kitchen was very inconvenient — it was located on a completely different floor (one floor below), which made cooking or even grabbing water annoying. It’s a shared apartment, and unfortunately the other guests were not respectful. Two of them stared at my wife in a very uncomfortable and inappropriate way, which made us both feel uneasy. I found that other guests had not flushed the toilet after use, which was unhygienic and unpleasant. Overall cleanliness suffered because of the shared facilities and other guests’ behavior. The facilities felt old and poorly maintained. Comfort was mediocre and the whole experience did not feel like good value for money.
