Cleanliness and staff

I was on the 3rd floor and had trouble w steps due to altitude sickness.. could not move my luggage myself.

This was my second time staying at Maya Inn. I stayed a couple years ago when passing through Puno. Everything here is excellent. Very comfortable and accommodating. Good room with heating, great hot shower with strong pressure, fast wifi, comfortable bed, and a central location minutes walk to Plaza de Armas, bus station, and boat port. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much!
