Everything else You have to work out every single thing by yourself The staff doesn’t have a clue about what to do I had to chase them to make the payment I had to find them myself to let myself in or out of the property You have to work out where and what to have breakfast ( it’s included) but no one around to ask Or even if there are people they don’t know much English so you’re pretty much on your own your whole stay The location is in the middle of nowhere although only 1,5 km out of the town centre it’s located uphill The taxis are not very familiar with the address If I knew any one this I wouldn’t have booked to stay here either

It was a nice place, excellent attention, kind of stunning view (there's a building right in front).

You need to take a public van to access from the central square. Watch out with the altitude. It is a very high place.

Far from the city centre

Very comfortable and clean place with great views on the lake. Breakfast included and good WiFi. I was travelling with my motorbike and they had space for me in the garage. A little walk to the centre but nothing too much - 25 min. Overall felt safe neighbourhood. Thank you!

The place was closed when we arrived, it looked as it was not in function. None was at the property. Had to look for another hotel and pay for the taxi twice. Stay away!!!!

We were unlucky due to the wedding party - noisy neighbours

They didn't let me stay at the hotel despite my booking so I didn't have a chance to see what it's like.

I was attracted by promises of beautiful views and nice rooms and booked a room there, got confirmation from Booking.com and thought everything was fine until the day of my arrival I messaged the hotel to let them know I was coming later than planned. To my surprise they told me that the hotel was fully booked and they were going to send me to another one also belonging to them. Soon someone contacted me and sent me the address of that other place. I was already boarding my bus so didn't have time to go into details. When I arrived at the said hotel I realised it was nothing like the one I booked - no nice rooms, beautiful view etc but just a small, dark, very cold room with a view of the wall of a neighbouring building and in a totally different area of the city (needless to say the price was the same). The receptionist was nice but when I asked her to explain what was going on she told me she doesn't know anything, has nothing to do with the situation and I should contact the first hotel if I had any questions. I tried to contact the hotel and they read my messages but never replied. To top off the bad experience I got a mail from Booking.com saying that the hotel informed them that I just didn't show up for check-in when I was supposed to. After I told them what happened they tried to contact the hotel as well but didn't get any response either. The hotel has a lot of nice reviews here but remember when you read them that they're all from people who actually managed to stay there and those who were refused accommodation and sent to that other place just couldn't write anything because the hotel cancels their booking and leaves them unable to write reviews (I had to specifically ask the platform to let me share my experience). But there's another review here describing the same situation which proves that this trick is something they do regularly.
