Guest house and owners were lovely, room was good and breakfast was delicious, freshly made! Location was great and walking distance to main town area. Value for money was spot on and street/off street parking available too.

Everything was great, not a thing wrong.

My room was lovely, clean, and comfortable with everything I needed. Jenny was so lovey and accommodating, and nothing was too much pleasure. She is hospitable and friendly. I enjoyed our chats and look forward to staying with her at the Melbourne Guest House again very soon. Highly recommend this place.
