Bathroom was big enough and the room had a heater.

The manager wasn't speaking at all, just showing with her hands. Walls hadn't been soundproofed.

Very clean neat guesthouse with wonderful host Ketevan. Room is perfect, beds are really comfy and bathroom is well-made with good shower. Also it was possible to use a laundry for extra pay which was very useful for us after hard rain on the top of the mountain.

Owners were helpful and kind. Room was clean.

Mother and son were very welcoming, room was very clean and nice! No complaints at all.

Everything was great! If I had one “complaint” it would be to add signage but if you have the address it’s easy enough to find :)

Friendly, helpful and well english speaking hosts. Welcoming atmosphere which makes you feel at home. Well-equiped shared kitchen. Stunning views from the balcony. Clean room and bathroom. Big bed with big and warm duvet. Heating. Farm animals around the house.

There wasn’t any sign informing where the guest house is, so we had to look for it for a while, but we managed to find it.

Hostess met me on the street and showed me the way to the property, which I appreciate a lot. She also gave me a welcome cake and it was allowance of free coffee and tea. Also I could use fridge for storing my food. The house is located in few meters of 2 Svan towers, one of them can be seen from balcony. Rooms are on 2nd floor. View from the window is spectacular - the house is about 50 meters above the bottom of the town. It takes few minutes to walk from the center, a bit uphill by concrete road. It's also accessible by car. At night you can enjoy stars from the balcony and birds singing. Rooms are clean, hot water is coming from dedicated heater, there is a shower and few small cabinets. Bed is great too. There is a small lobby on the 2nd floor Host family members are extremely nice persons, it is joy to talk with them.

In the room on the floor there is a small step (about 1cm height) - it is better to warn about it. The manual lock on the gate is sometimes hard to open, but most of the time it is kept open anyway.

Good location, close to the center of Mestia, nice view on the mountains. Owners are very helpfull and kind, they did help us with all informations and needs.

By far the best room we have had since coming to Georgia. Very comfy bed. Washing machine and kitchenette in room. Amazing shower and very friendly host. Would highly recommend.
