The only good part was the location: it was near the beach and restaurants. The room was big.

- the room and the bathroom were very dirty. I requested to clean my room, but they didn't do it - the WiFi is very bad. Also data mobile is working poorly - in the garden some new buildings are made and it is a lot of noise - our room lock didn't work

- Very nice staff - Beautiful outdoor space - Awesome Room - Good breakfast - Very good spa

-Not working kitchen - 5 min walk to the beach

The property is peaceful and quiet and the bed was really exceptional. Probably one of the comfyest beds we had so far. Very short walking distance to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. It was nice to have a SPA next to the acommodation. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served at the terrace which was nice.

Check in was a little chaotic, we were unsure who is actually responsible. But we think that was an exception because of galangan (staff had time off). Also our kitchen was not equipped when we arrived. After asking for it the staff solved it immidiately and helped us with everything we needed.

The staff is sometimes a bit clueless, but always friendly. It helps to text the manager via booking in case of special needs :-)

The rooms were lovely and the bed was one of the comfiest we’ve had! It’s attached to a massage place which was also amazing 💆‍♀️ the staff were also lovely and helpful!

We found it a bit hard to find as it wasn’t really sign posted but ended up figuring out it was the same entrance as the massage palor! :)

First and foremost, the rooms and the facility will be amazing, when it's complete. I feel bad for having to say this but the overall sit accommodation is not finished so that comes with the obvious set backs. In an attempt to be fair, the room itself, including the bed etc, all well finished but there is a building being gutted right next to it and rubble around the grounds. The listing also said that there would be kitchen facilities in the room and there wasn't. It's obvious whoever owns the place is trying to get it going, and when they do, it will be a great success. All in all, we only stayed one night and paid a decent rate, so can't be too harsh but again at the same time, I genuinely think this sort of thing could have resulted in a far more costly review where I am doing my best to be diplomatic about it.

Very comfortable and quiet place. Rooms are spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed. There is a fridge in the room and even counter space if you want to make your own food. There was construction in the property, but we didn't really hear anything during our stay.

The only thing I didn't like was that, because there was some construction at the moment, it was difficult to keep the curtains open without being in plain sight of the workers. This made the room a bit dark, because the curtains didn't let the light in.
