The location of the hotel was right by the water. We had a room down near the stream and a room upstairs overlooking the mountain scenery. It was beautiful and scenic. Truly it was a sight to behold. The jungle trek, I wouldn't say beginner friendly. Definitely need to prep a bit before going on a hike like that- but it was genuinely worth going out there and seeing orangutans and monkeys up close and personal.

Only wish there was air conditioning on the bottom room floor but the fans and the breeze made it bearable.

"Great trekking team to see the orangutan"

The trekking staff and driver were excellent. The room is standard.

The owner is very arrogant and I had the impression that he wanted to cheat us all the time. The location was very noisy, specially on Saturday night, when there was a party very close until 03Am

"Excelente experiencia para ver orangutanes"

Desde el primer momento la comunicación fue excelente, para gestionar el transporte del aeropuerto de Medan y la excursión a la jungla. Recomiendo encarecidamente reservar con ellos todo el pack para ir a ver orangutanes. Su equipo es fantástico, muy cercano y la comida muy buena.

"Worth the cost, and great food!"

The location was pretty perfect for being right in the thick of Bukit Lawang, it made for super easy exploration. It’s also got a restaurant that serves some quality Indonesian dishes along side some more western influenced meals. The large bed came with a complete bug netting which was a good addition.

The room was slightly run down and the main light flickered slightly when on, we just left it off. On the weekend there is very loud music in the village, it goes on till at least 3am. I would advise earplugs.

The rooms are super clean and the beds are so so comfortable. The staff are all so friendly. We did our Jungle trek with them too and the guys were superb.

Localización muy buena y la comida muy rica.

El aire acondicionado no iba muy bien estaba a 16 grados y apenas se notaba , pero bueno se podía estar .
