Nice cabana.

I had a bad experience because when I arrived, settled in, and found an ant nest on the bed, I shook them off, but they reappeared shortly after. There were so many of them! I told the girl, and she kindly came over with a broom and dustpan and some bug spray (which she sprayed on the sheets). I told her that it was toxic and I'd prefer not to use it on the bed. The ants came back, so I went to tell the owner, and he said that if I wanted another room, I would have to pay more since it was a superior room. I told him no, since I booked this one because it was all I could afford. He said I could cancel, and I said okay. He immediately started taking my things out of the room without me having packed my bags—open bag, things in the bathroom—basically kicking me out. I thought the treatment was terrible because the situation wasn't my fault, and on top of that, I had to find other accommodation in a remote place. Zero consideration for travelers. So, a really bad experience.

Location is very good. There are rice fields just 5min walk away (I highly recommend visiting it). There is also a very nice silver jewelry making class nearby. Villas garden is very beautiful and creates a jungle feel with fruits like pinapples growing right outside the room.

There is no AC, only a fan, so keep that in mind. The wifi in my room was very bad. It couldn’t normally load a website, maybe because I was in the furthest room. But it was impossible to work online because of that.

On a aimé la chambre très spacieuse et le jardin autour. On a aimé le personnel et particulièrement Nana son sourire et sa gentillesse. On a aimé les massages dehors au contact de la nature.

I loved my stay at Loka Amertha, here is a genuine review (coz you kinda never know this days) The place is clean, simple, there is a portable AC but i didn't need to use it as it gets cool after sundown in Sidemen. Nana and the other staff are super nice and friendly, they were very patient, helpful and kind towards my different requests 🙏 the bed is very comfy and big. The mosquito net is great too. Bathroom is balinese type, rustic but i kinda like it. (You get warm water after a few minutes) Food is excellent. Prices a very fair too. There is a few noises here and there but really nothing compare to other places in Bali. The location i did find perfect as you're minutes away from a few warungs and in the other way are the stuning rice terraces. Get further down the road after the main entrance, to the right and you will see the most incredible views ever 🤩 And main thing is, the (still but not for long im afraid) raw beauty and calm of Sidemen is beyond. I was in awe. Don't hesitate to just get lost and wounder around on foot, you might just stumble upon the best view point no one goes to. It can be strainuous but its worth it. Plus locals are just very welcoming. Its a jewel 👌✨

La chambre et la vue sont incroyables, en plein milieu de la forêt tropicale Le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil, parle français et nous a beaucoup appris sur Bali et sa culture Nous avons fait le trekking dans les rizières et le cours de cuisine, parfaits. Seul regret n’être restés que deux nuits.

Heel gezellig kleinschalig verblijf. Lekker mooi in de natuur. Ontbijt helemaal prima, eten hebben we er niet gedaan (alleen ons eigen eten die we tijdens een kookworkshop daar in de open keuken hebben bereid.) er loopt een gezellig introvert hondje rond die lekker haar eigen gang gaat.

Le cadre vraiment dépaysant et très joli, même si j'aurais préféré avoir vu sur les rizières c'était quand même un joli cadre. La gentillesse du personnel, la qualité du petit déjeuner. On peut demander ce qu'on veut et en illimité. L'hotel est plutôt bien situé par rapport à ce qu'il y'a à faire autour (notamment visite des rizières) et par rapport aux restaurants. Attention il faut un peu marcher à pieds et la nuit certains tronçons ne sont pas du tout éclairés. Le lit était immense et très confortable, la salle de bain ouverte sur l'extérieur vraiment jolie. Il y'avait une bonbonne d'eau à volonté et un petit frigo, ce qui est appréciable.

Un peu difficile d'accès, pas de clim juste un ventilo. Malgré tout pas grand chose à reprocher.

Velice mily personal. Ciste pokoje, na pokoji barel s vodou. Pronajem levneho skutru. Na pokoji neni klimatizace, ale neni to velky problem - je zde vetrak. Super ubytovani.
