"didn’t even get to stay it’s a SCAM"

it’s a scam, got an email the morning of checking in saying they couldn’t accommodate us, said they’d cancel it from their behalf so i could receive a refund and over a week later and multiple messages haven’t received anything so had to contact customer service! don’t book, save yourself the hassle
