"I spent a week in a small, besutiful house with much quiet just a few steps from the center of Ubud."

It is almost in the center of town, but is off the street and quiet and secluded, surrounded by flowers and greenery with a river and waterfall just behind to lull you to sleep. The small outdoor kitchen is well equipped, even with a small French-press coffee maker.

Beautiful room with a good bed and bathroom. The garden is so beautiful!!! it is an oasis of rest just 200m from centre of Ubud. You can sit there for hours Restaurants at short walking distance. Cafe lotus was my favourite at 200m

The view from the terrace is perfect. The lighting is lovely, warm and calm. The mould smells are absent. Hot water in bathroom sink. The Internet is good. AC is good. It's close to the centre.

There is no privacy because, behind the property a few meters, there is a house with apartments. To reach the property you have to walk through the private terraces of the apartments of the house. You always see and hear people who live in the spend time on the terraces. The apartments are related to the White Lotus Oasis. The constant noise from the river. The noise gets louder after a rain. The pillows are really hard. The knives are dull.

We had a wonderful stay at this cosy and quiet place just a minute away from central streets of Ubud. Our garden room was equipped with everything we needed. Daily cleaning was very good. Caring and friendly hostess made our stay unforgettable.

Breakfast was not offered. I liked setting but there direct air flow opening in walls to the outside making it difficult to control humidity, mosquitoes, ants.

Humidity, mosquitoes, bad WiFi but at two days before checkout the landlord improved WiFi.
