location

no hot water, had to leave the property at the evening (21:00) of our second stay due to the lack of hot water (after taking showers with cold water in the morning and being told by the owner it would be fixed by night) no sheets

wifi is very bad. In the day you have to go to the terrace to get a connection. At night the wifi connection is better but still connection could still be lost

"Great place to stay for great value"

Very friendly hosts and very helpful, sorted us a scooter and a driver when needed. Rooms very clean, tea and coffee always available and really tasty breakfast. Nice location, close to lots of things but set back a bit so nice and quiet.

We couldn’t pick up the WiFi, seemed to work for others though

"Great value for the money, hosts are very polite, quite and central and all the 4 rooms were clean."

Great position, right next to the central streets of Ubud, but quieter and immersed in nature. Rooms were clean, spacious, the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very nice and offered to help us with all sorts of services that we didn’t need (taxi, tickets, scooters rental). Good breakfast, and in general a very relaxing experience. Thank you for having us!
