The ants were everywhere in the bed on my toothbrush in my laptop The bathroom was very mouldy and needed a good clean. There was only enough warm water for a quick shower

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale è stato fin da subito molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con il servizio lavanderia, ma è stato gestito con professionalità e ci hanno rimborsato immediatamente senza alcun problema. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, è stata davvero ottima: ricca, varia e completa, con tante opzioni tra cui scegliere. La struttura è bella e curata, abbastanza pulita e situata in una location splendida, con una vista meravigliosa. Anche la piscina e gli altri servizi sono molto belli e ben tenuti. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto positiva e consiglio sicuramente questo hotel a chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante in una bellissima posizione.

Location is perfect. Very close to the center of Ubud. Quiet at night. Staff were all very nice and accommodating

The property definitely needs some renovation or maintenance. Paints are already worned out. Toilet tiles are quite dirty. Pillows are stained. The pool has moulds.

Nice breakfast. Perfect location. Nice attentive staff. Calming view.

Bathroom a bit outdated.
