Ratna Guest House

Location is great, very quiet spot but right in the heart of Ubud. Also very clean! The grounds are spotless.

The TV wasn’t working but we just watched our phones. One thing to note is that it’s a little tricky to find on arrival, as you will see a sign but it doesn’t tell you where to go. You feel like you are walking into private property and possibly a temple- but just go in anyway and hopefully you will see someone to ask. Another thing - and I’m just mentioning this because I noticed other people have also mentioned it. There is an autistic child there, bless them, who does yell out at regular intervals for pretty much all of the day light hours, at first we were wondering if it was a bird, but I now from other reviews it’s a child. Yes you can hear them during the day but if you are watching videos on your phone or if your TV is working you won’t notice it. It’s a lovely quiet place in a great location and the place is really clean for the price. Plus they provide towels and shampoo / body wash. So all in all a good deal. Thank you for having us!! 🩷🙏

Parfait

Le confort nécessaire pour rester tranquille à Ubud, à côté du centre (3 minutes). Évidemment, la salle de bain est un peu vieille, mais pour le prix c'est top, il n'y a pas mieux. 12€ la nuit. Climatisation qui fonctionne bien, internet correct, douche basique normale, et quoi d'autre à ce prix ... Je recommande vraiment à 100% par rapport a la qualité/ prix.

La localisation est top Grande chambre avec un grand miroir, assez de place pour déballer ses affaires

Arrivée compliquée car personne au comptoir de l’accueil et pas de réponse après avoir appelé plusieurs fois vers la maison principale alors qu’il n’était que 19h Personnel pas souriant et n’ayant pas aidé à porter les bagages alors que j’étais chargée (backpack et plusieurs petits sacs) La salle de bain et la chambre mériteraient un petit coup de peinture (bcp de traces) / rénovation

Tea and coffee making facility would of been good, a ceiling or stand fan to circulate the air when the aircon is not needed would be good,
