Good location, clean and quiet

Location is great! Walking distance to almost everything in Ubud (I didn't use any transport at all). Excellent value for money. Quiet enough, clean, good standard.

The shower is almost luke warm at best but it kinda worked because of the weather so not a huge deal breaker for me but for some it might be. No cutlery or plates or cups.

The room space & comfort

Difficult to find, the address on maps caused me to be dropped off at a different location and I had to ask a few people and walk to where this guest house was. Needs more signs and lights from the street entrance to the guest house , especially when dark. A bit more communication from Ayu would have been great, during my stay.

So nice, we stayed there twice! We returned to Ubud for a few more days and knew straight away we wanted to stay here again. The location is perfect and the staff are incredibly helpful.

Location is convenient, bed was comfortable, light in a room was good.

Bathroom, weak water pressure, almost no hot water, towel smelled of cats.. and room smelled..

The location was incredible, the property was so well maintained and the rooms were a good size and decorated well.
