Guesthouse Gusti Putu Oka

We loved our time here. The guesthouse is clean and comfortable, the AC is strong and the room is big. The location is walking distance to many places and a 20 minutes walk or short motorbike away from downtown Ubud. The owner is very helpful and incredibly friendly. He checked in on us regularly and helped us with laundry and arranging trips to Gili and Sidemen.

Very clean. cheap and yummy breakfast options. Spacious room with plenty of storage, even in the bathroom. Nice spacious terrace with drying rack for wet clothes. Host was very kind and always offered to clean the room. Even got laundry done for very cheap. Location is a close scooter ride to many waterfalls and central ubud. Shared kitchen and fridge. Free water refill

Super clean, excellent and helpful staff. Quiet, conveniently located. Big, comfortable bed and room overall. Definitely good value for money!

Amazing location and area Nice garden and vibes

We highly recommend Gusti Putu Okay Homestay and will stay again for any future visit to UBUD. We rented 4 rooms for our family for 4 nights stay. We strongly endorse this place for your travel based on the level of services, accommodation, and values. Service is 5/5. Agung was very attentive and provided fast responses to our requests. When he heard that we are celebrating our mother’s birthday, he created a surprise for her when we returned from our day tour. Her bed was beautifully decorated with a small birthday cake making her trip even more memorable and priceless. Accommodation is 5/5. We are very keen on the cleanliness of a place when deciding to select a place to stay. The rooms were spacious with a queen size bed, a sofa, and a balcony area with chairs and table. The bathroom was clean and shower has good water pressure and hot water. The rooms have air conditioning that keeps it nice and cool. The beds are comfortable and were cleaned and made daily. The facility has a kitchen and dining area. We only cooked a simple breakfast once. We ate out at restaurants or ordered food for delivery. Value is 5/5. We got great value for the money we spent to have such clean accommodation and outstanding services. Location is 4/5. We like the fact that the room is quiet because the Homestay is a couple block from the main road. Scooter and car accessible to the location. The Homestay is walking distance to the Sacred Monkey Forest and the Ubud Palace within 20 minutes. We definitely will book at Gusti Putu Oka Homestay for our future visit in Ubud.

Incredibly kind, helpful staff! Very clean!

We had a pleasant stay at Gusti Putu Oka. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was a nice surprise after a long flight. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. The house is next to a small river and waking up and seeing the forest is pleasant. The guesthouse is on a small road, you hear an occasional scooter passing by, but nothing that will disturb your peace. Agung was helpful and always available in case we needed anything. To move around Ubud, we rented a scooter through the guesthouse. I would recommend staying here if you are in Ubud!

The wi-fi was very weak, unfortunately. It would be best to buy a local sim card to make sure you have good internet connection.
