Nous avons adoré la beauté de ce logement. L’extérieur est tout simplement magnifique avec ses arbres et la piscine. Les propriétaires étaient des amours, merci à eux 🙏🏼 Ils ont un service d’esthétique pour vraiment pas chère. Très bien placé à proximité de tout et au calme.

The location was great, it was situated in the centre of Ubud, however, it was hidden from the main road so it was quiet. Breakfast was also good, but the portions were a bit small. The pool was nice.

The first few days of our stay there were only two members of staff who didn't speak much English, which is why it was really difficult to communicate with them. There was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom sink, smelled like sewage. They didn't change our towels or bedsheets during the whole stay, even though they cleaned the room daily.

La porte de ma chambre ne fermait pas entièrement, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas du tout ! Plus de papier toilette et pas de réapprovisionnement

The bed and pillows were fresh and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and updated. The location is prime as it is close to many great eateries and little shops. The family that runs the property is very pleasant and helpful. Fresh towels and sheets were provided without prompting.

Overall, it was pretty noisy. Despite the room being beautiful and updated-- the walls and doors are very thin. The room that was next to mine had a group of young adults playing music until very late in the evening. I heard everything in my room like I was right there with them. If you are looking for pure peace and quiet, this might not be the spot for you.
