Breakfast was delicious, scrambled eggs, with fresh fruit and Balinese coffee. The room was a great size, bed comfortable, personal terrace fabulous.

The bathroom was basic but ok. The shower base was dirty.

Beautiful place to stay and the location is perfect.

Wi-fi was not good

Beautiful guesthouse that made me feel like I was staying at a spiritual yoga retreat. Gorgeous architecture and pool. Room was comfortable and spacious. Perfect location smack bang in the centre of Ubud.

the wifi wasn’t the best the room had a lot of bugs in it the bathroom wasn’t ideal as it didn’t have a proper shower it’s actually within another hotel which is a bit confusing

The architecture of the building and landscape were exceptional. One of the most beautiful traditional buildings I saw in Ubud. So staying here was worth it just for it, and the location.

The property is in perfect location.

Some things are missing/not working properly in the room. OK, price was affordable, but.. You have your face towel in your hand, nowhere to hang. The only hanger is behind the bathroom room, inside the bathroom. But the sink is not there. It's something very cheap to buy/fix these kind of things. Not even 1 dollar. The internet never worked during 1 week stay. Very frequent disconnection. When connected, it was impossible to open one website even at 4 a.m. in the morning. No breakfast, no air conditioning. There are other places which provide both of these, for the same price. The room cleaning service never apoeared during 1 week, even for providing basics kind toilet paper, shower gel, etc. You ask when you need. No shower (bidet) for cleaning yourself after using the toilet. That's standard in any property in Ubud. Surprisingly, not here. The bathroom sink is clogged. It begins filling up as soon as you turn on the water mixer. There is only 1 plug in the room (that's triple room), only 1 naked light bulb, not covered with anything else so it will look nicer. There is a wardrobe, just 2 (just two) plastic clothes hangers. I'm not saying it should be 20. But two? I don't know. Your room may be better. I'm writing "my" experience. And the homestay shares the same garden with another one, and the profile of visitors were youngsters making noise sometimes until 04 a.m. talking, laughing very loudly. Of course, the property has nothing to do with this. They cannot choose beforehand who will be noisy, and who will be not. It's in a perfect location, though. Just needs a bit hands on.
