Ubud Terrace

Huge bedroom & nice balcony area. Being opposite the pool was great. Location was fantastic with everything close by.

Bathroom facilities. Open shower next to the toilet & no where to hang a towel. The sink area was tiny (room for one) & still no hanging space for a towel & no cupboard. Bedroom cupboards are old & some drawers didnt open.

Temizlik kötüydü, örümcek ağları vardı, etraf çok tozluydu, havlular 4 gün boyunca hiç değiştirilmedi, banyo temizlenmedi, kapıları sağlam değildi sabah uyandığınızda maymunlar balkonunuzu ziyaret ediyor ve kapı açık olursa maymunlar içeri girip eşyalarınızı çalabiliyor.

Na bilingu było zaznaczone, że w cenie jest śniadanie, a w hotelu powiedzieli , że w ogóle nie mają takiej opcji.

We loved it here. The staff were so lovely. I managed to pay twice and the staff sorted it out really quickly for me with booking.com and they were the first to come to me about it. I really appreciated the help to get it sorted and they were so lovely about it and I got refunded quickly from booking.com so thank you to all involved. There were so many monkeys in the morning which was lovely to see. The pool was nice and everything was lovely and clean the room was perfect and the location was very good and central to everything we needed. We got a taxi through the hotel and he took us quite a few different places. We will come back here as we loved it so much and we will stay longer.

El hotel esta en una ubicacion super central pero desde las habitaciones no se ecuchan ruidos, las camas son muy comodas, la pileta muy linda, los monos vienen de visita pero no son invasivos. Estuve muy comoda y tuve una excelente estadia.

el wifi de laa habitaciones y presion del agua, nada grave.

Sehr hübsche Unterkunft und sauberer Pool. Das Personal ist sehr lieb und hilft einem, wenn man z.B. einen Roller mieten möchte.

Wir hatten leider Ameisen im Bad. Und wer hat Angst hat vor Affen sollte hier nicht wohnen, da diese sich im Hotel aufhalten. Sie waren aber nicht aggressiv, also keine Angst
