La tranquillité et la gentillesse du personnel vraiment au top

Très beau et très propre. La climatisation fonctionne très bien, mais elle est très près du lit et donc directement sur nous. C’était un peu froid la nuit et sans c’était impossible.

1. Door not closing and if closed very hard to open with keys. Have to lift one of the doors with great difficulty. 2. Power point where the fixed Hairdryer attached, did not work. 3. No shower curtains, so water fors everywhere. 4. Shower water runs off shower tiles on bath and floods the bathroom and toilet and walls to bedroom. 5. Bed bugs in bed 6. Sheets were worn out with holes 7. All the neighbours TV's not working since day 1. Day2, a person that came to get breakfast order, changed batteries, removed all connections, started TV. Worked fir a while only. 8. Toilet makes big noise intermittently all night. 9. All towels were worn out and smelling of strong chemicals. 10. Toilet stop flushing, the reception is guy looked at it with me holding my phone torch. He then got a clip and joined the flush wire to the flush valve..fixed in 45 minutes. 11. No light above mirror in the shower.

J’ai adoré mon séjour ! La douche était incroyable : super grande, super belle, un vrai moment de plaisir. La salle de bain en général était très spacieuse et canon, vraiment agréable à utiliser. Le lit était immense et ultra confortable, j’ai rarement aussi bien dormi. Tout le reste était impeccable : propreté irréprochable, rien à redire. Et mention spéciale pour le personnel, accueillant, souriant et toujours à l’écoute. Je recommande à 100 % !

Very close to the main strip, staff were amazing and would help out whenever you needed. Room was comfortable enough to get you through a couple days. The food was good. Our flight was delayed and so we didn’t get in till 3am but the staff were lovely enough to wait for us. Really appreciate it. It’s a great place for someone who just needs a place to rest and shower and store luggage not someone whos looking to stay at the hotel all day.

Room could do with abit of a Reno as it is a little outdated. our tv and safe weren’t available for use which isn’t a big deal. The room had a bit of mould.

Die Anlage liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Ubud, ideal für alle, die etwas abseits vom Trubel entspannen möchten. Restaurants und Cafés sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen direkt ans Zimmer gebracht – ein toller Service! Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Die Dusche war unkomfortabel – die Duschbrause war so niedrig angebracht, dass selbst Personen von durchschnittlicher Größe sich bücken mussten. Außerdem waren die Fugen und teilweise sogar die Wände im Badezimmer schimmelig, was nicht nur unhygienisch, sondern auch unangenehm war. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt: Es gab keinen Duschvorhang oder eine Abtrennung, sodass nach dem Duschen das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Insgesamt besteht hier dringender Renovierungsbedarf.
