The mosquito net had a bit of a humidity smell, but I mentioned it after one night and it was addressed Besides the mosquito net, there was a bit of humidity smell in the room. It wasn't really possible to ventilate the room when you're not there (to leave an open window) Internet speed was awful from my room, basically unusable Breakfast is very basic and could easily be improved Overall it's a great place to stay but it feels a little overpriced

We loved everything about it. Easily one of the best places we have stayed. Staff were amazing, breakfast was amazing. Place was very clean. They accommodated a 1am check in. Nothing more to say other than, we would stay again for sure.

The location, the room and the Balinese architecture around gives you the very local experience, but the place didn't have any mosquito repellents in the rooms or in the common areas, specially. But it is still a good value for money!

The staff in general were very well mannered, respectful and always looking to help make your stay better but the person sitting at the helm of affairs needed some customer service training, manages the staff well but the guests too by putting boundaries around the experiences. The pool floor had a mid-way steps that could be very hazardous if not familiarized quickly, the pool lights were never ON and when requested at 9:00 PM, made a very unpleasant unwelcoming gesture, like as if have asked for a big favor. Very stingy on the pool towels too. We had a family member staying in the vicinity and decided to dip in the pool one evening and the owner made a big issue out of it that we did not ask for permission ... left a bad taste in the mouth! ... It was very disappointing! On the contrary when we visited the vicinity's property the through family member stay, the whole experience was mind blowing and very welcoming served us drinks by the pool to enjoy!

We stayed for only one night, but the staff was great. The room, although somewhat dated, was very clean and comfortable. The location is great, and the value for money was very good.

It is the best value for money place in Ubud. Comfortable rooms, great location, great staff. I try to stay here everytime I travel to Ubud. The hardest thing is to get a room there, usually booked out.

One of the rooms I was shown there once has quite a bit of mould smell. They changed my room though and it was much better.

This little gem is "hidden" behind The Kalangan Spa. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. For the lrice, you won't find a better accommodation in Ubud. On top of it, they give 10% discount for all sorts of massage. If you like massage (who doesn't?), then, you can't beat The Kalangan. Prices are very reasonable and masseurs are very professional.

Some minor modifications should be done and a few licks of paint to spruce up the property.
