• Location & Accessibility: Located in a quiet area just 2 minutes from the main street. Close to the Monkey Forest, Coco grocery store, and many restaurants. Grab motorbikes can pick you up at the door, though cars must meet you on the main road. • Room & Comfort: Large room and bathroom with a comfortable bed. • Hotel Grounds & Pool: Beautiful property filled with plants and statues. The highlight is the pool, which is accessible 24 hours a day—perfect for late-night swims. • Amenities: Sufficiently powerful AC and fridge, plus a kettle and hangers for drying clothes. There are water fountains (hot/cold) on-site for bottle refills. • Breakfast: Included basic breakfast (eggs, fruit, juice) that hits the spot.

• Bathroom & Plumbing: The shower has no "middle ground" temperature—it’s either hot or cold—and the pressure is similar to that of a bidet. • Connectivity: There are some Wi-Fi blind spots, particularly in rooms at the far end of the property. • Room Maintenance: A small gap in the front door allows insects or lizards to enter. Room cleaning is irregular, appearing to happen every second day. • Payment: Cash-only payment is required upon arrival. GOOD TO KNOW (NOTES) • Monkey Visits: Since it's near the forest, monkeys visit occasionally. The staff is proactive about chasing them away and reminds guests to lock doors and hide belongings. I found it entertaining, but it may not be for everyone. • Pool Care: The pool lacks a filter system, so debris can accumulate, but the staff cleans it every morning. • Staffing & Support: No staff on-site during evenings or nights. While they are reachable via booking apps, their emergency WhatsApp support did not respond during a power outage. • Missing Items: No hair dryer or in-room safe, though this wasn't a major issue for me. • You may want to bring your own coffee, as the house coffee wasn't great.

Super vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer, mooi uitzicht. En lekker rustig

Le personnel est aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et servi en terrasse et la piscine est très agréable et éclairée le soir. L'hôtel est situé dans une rue au calme, perpendiculaire à la grande rue qui remonte tout Ubud. On est facilement dans le centre à pieds. La gérante nous a également aidé à obtenir un trek pour le lever de soleil au Mont Batur. La chambre est propre, régulièrement nettoyée et bien climatisée. Un vrai havre de paix.
