The location is quite interior and not very suitable for families. It may be okay for bachelors, but at night the narrow roads feel a bit unsafe. Another concern is that the hotel attendant leaves the property by 4:00 PM, after which you are completely on your own with no staff available for assistance. I tried contacting the property multiple times regarding these issues, but there was no response to my messages or calls. Additionally, if you plan to leave early in the morning (around 5:00 AM), you will have to manage your luggage on your own for approximately 850 meters, as no support is provided.

Tranquillo, riservato. Elegante ma discreto. Non arrivano le macchine, per raggiungere il centro si percorre una stradina con ristoranti, lavanderia e diversi locali: ci si arriva in 10 minuti. Il modo migliore di vivere Ubud. Consigliato tanto tanto

Beds are dirty, bedrooms smell like a toilet. No TV or fridge in the room; the sliding doors are noisy and hard to close. There is a common use fridge with other guest and it's filthy. Location-wise, you have to drag your luggage for a good few minutes because taxis or cars don't reach there. Breakfast is very poor with limited options — just egg, toast, and pancakes, and they only give one piece of pancake in one serve. No other choices. Overall, I didn't like it; sorry boss, this is totally a disaster.

Beautiful homestay tucked away from the main hustle and bustle of Ubud but close enough to easily access. Lots of good options to eat on the road next to hotel, we loved Meme’s restaurant. Clean and tidy with helpful staff and option to have a nice breakfast on your private peaceful balcony.

Some stains on bedding so this could have been cleaner.

Gemütliche Betten, schöner Pool.

Man erreicht die Unterkunft nicht mit dem Auto. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und im Bad hat es unangenehm gerochen. Außerdem kam der Geruch von Qualm ins Zimmer (vermutlich über die Klimaanlage?) wenn der Nachbar geraucht hat.
