לא האמנו שבאמצע תל אביב הסוערת יש מקום יפה ושלו ,נעים ,נקי ומטופח מאוד הבריכה היתה נקיה וגדולה . הגג להכנת ארוחה עצמית מאובזר היטב ונוח לעבודה ופינת הישיבה שלו היתה מקסימה

החדר שלנו היה יחסית קטן. אין מראה בחדר שמתחתיה יש שידה גבוהה שיהיה נוח לאיפור אלא רק בתוך האמבטיה.
