InTown - 60 second walk 2 Minster!

Clean, everything you needed, powerful shower, great location.

Mattress not great. Bathroom fan didn't work. Traffic noise bad, especially if you need to open the window as weather was humid. Stairs are narrow and steep - fine for us, but definitely worth noting if you struggle with steps.

Brilliant location. We got the train to York it was about an 8 minute walk. And exactly what it said right next to the cathedral.

We were near all the local history of York.

Excellent location, check in an out very easy, hosts kept in touch during our stay tp see what they cud do for us ,room was clean, tidy well heated an shower was easy to use an good

Everything was fantastic

Close to town.

Quilt was to small and was a winter tog or at least heavy. You need to.leave window open as it's so hot. But that means listening to revellers till 2am and then boy racers till 4am. Whole room could do with some tlc. From fresher newer sheets to some wall art and maybe some general welcoming pamphlets on things to do places to eat . Anything really It's run on a key in security box to get in and then a text message service.. it's okay I probably wouldn't book again as prefer more meet and greet of a reception and a bar etc But not rubbish either

Kettle not working

For a 4 night stay in York this was a perfect location for seeing the city. It was basic, but clean with ample facilities, and good communication from the owners.

As this property was situated on a busy road into York, it was quite noisy at times, even with the windows shut. Being out most of the day, it wasn’t too much of a problem and it did quieten down towards the late evening.
