Villa Cilinaya Ubud

Snelle en vriendelijke service. Reparaties aan de verlichting en de kamers werden snel uitgevoerd. Medewerkers staan altijd voor je klaar en helpen je waar ze kunnen. Toen we moesten vertrekken en het heel hard regende en de taxi klaar stond werden er zelfs paraplu's naar ons toe gebracht!

Sind Corona is de centrale keuken al dicht. Dat is jammer. Aan de overkant van de weg zat een goede plek om koffie te drinken, ontbijt, lunch en dinner te gebruiken. Beddengoed en handdoeken waren schoon, maar sommigen waren wel versleten / aan vervanging toe.

- noisy air conditioning - sliding door does not close completely, there is a gap of about 1.8 cm, insects can enter (I found one about 5 cm in the bathroom where there is a net on the window (I have a photo), - water heater not cleaned - limescale, - there were stains on the bed, on the sheets, - there is only one socket behind the bedside table. There is a bedside table lamp on one table, but not on the other. It is not possible to charge a mobile phone or tablet or computer and use the bedside table lamp, - there is a cascading - suspended ceiling under the ceiling with lamps above it (which is good because there is no direct light), but the cleanliness is questionable, as it is high, probably some small animals are staying there (on the cascading wall I saw a lizard about 30 cm big, probably a bearded agave. I wanted to take a picture of it with my phone, but it had already gone to the cascading ceiling, - there is no suitable portable dryer for drying large towels, or shirts on hangers, so that they do not touch the floor, so that they can dry outside and it would be faster dry due to the sun. There is a small dryer in front of the entrance, which is only for drying small things, for example socks, small towels, etc., - SPA ???, 4 massage tables under a canopy with curtains, no air conditioning, - massage in the room is not allowed, neither their masseuse nor an external masseuse is allowed to come to massage in the room where there is air conditioning. The owner did not want to say that there is an excellent SPA Asmati about 700 m, about 10 minutes walk, he said that there is a massage salon maybe 100 meters away, but that he does not know whether they massage outdoors or in an air-conditioned room. - interior equipment, average. Beautiful villa, tucked away and very private, lovely views surrounded by greenery. Loved the pool and great on site massages in a dedicated massage area. Teenage kids loved having their own space downstairs while we chilled in the master bed with balcony upstairs.

Just be aware that, despite the name, the restaurant shut over covid and hadn't reopened, so you need to head out for breakfast, good place just over the road. Walkable to ubud centre but taxi / grab app is best.

Gorgeous Villa in a really nice location. Nice community pool and a very nice private pool set amongst beautiful gardens. Beds were comfy and the staff came daily to refresh towels and keep things clean. Cold air-conditioning, good fridge and cooktop. Only downside were the mosquitoes, fixed with a few coils and no lounge area but otherwise very pleasant and would recommend.

Es un sitio muy tranquilo y silencio pesar de estar cerca de una de las carreteras más transitadas de Ubud. Muy buena limpieza y super bien equipado. Dispone de una cocina compartida cada 2 habitaciones muy limpia. El personal es encantador.

El tráfico de la calle principal donde está situada la entrada. A pesar de que desde las habitaciones y piscina no se oye hace que tarde cada vez que sales y vuelves a hotel en moto o taxi.

De ruimte en schoon, lekkere douche en groot terras. Vriendelijk personeel.

Afstand naar het centrum om te wandelen, maar een Grab is binnen een minuut geregeld.
