Great location and quiet at the same time, staff is nice.

Our stay was fabulous, the owners and staff were very friendly with us and our daughter. The breakfast was simple and tasty and the apartment is comfortable with a nice balcony. We would not hesitate to come back there if we had to stay in Ubud again.

We booked a big room with two big beds (according to the webpage) and when we got there, the owner just provided us with a tiny room with one normal-sized double bed and said this was the only one she had right now. She said the one we booked had been taken and the guest booked the room for 1 year and because booking.com couldn't change it (???), the room was available on the website. She didn't do anything or emailed us about this before we came even though she knew we wouldn't get what we booked and left us no choice when we got there. My friend and I were very disappointed. The location was ok but you needed to carry your luggage walkthrough a tiny lan about 100m and two dogs barking all the time when you passed by. There was construction on going in its tiny yard so there is no view as shown in the picture. The wifi not very fast, and not very stable, it just soso works ok.
