It was a great value for money experience. Temple & main beach are very near. The only thing I don't like about the stay is that there was final match of CT 2025 but we were not able to watch as they have not recharged their Tata sky pack. Rest Everything was great

The room was decent.

Coffee from the vending machine is the worst. Charged 15rs per cup. But it's coffee powder in hot water with no sugar. Absolutely hated it. Stop selling that coffee. No one is there in the building. 2500 for 2 days is overpriced for that room. Climbing stairs is very hard after you roam Gokarna and return.

On the top floor the heat is noticeable, needed to leave the window and door open to create a cross breeze

If you need to exercise by climbing steep steps to the 4th floor and if you can sleep with a temperature of 31 degrees in the room (room 306), this place is for you. A good central location, close to the temples. The reception is a little cold (not a smile) but it is a bit general in this city where there are many (too many) western tourists, not very smiley either. You have to pay in advance in cash (contrary to what is reported on Booking.com.). The bed is comfortable and the linen is clean.
