The beachfront huts are really amazing. Idyllic views and very peaceful.

It was perfect location. Absolutely beautiful. Dipu the owner was amazing really friendly and couldn't do enough to help . We had the best time and couldn't fault anything .We are making plans to return next year.

I really can't fault anything!!! You won't be disappointed.

The proximity to the beach

It was poor value for money. 5000 rupees for no aircon, a mosquito net with holes in it and no beach front as promised. All in all it was well below what I expected

Shubh cottages was a slice of paradise. The beach on your doorstep, the fell on the cottage patio, spacious bathroom, mosquito net, air conditioning and the host was fantastic.

I loved my stay at Shubh cottage. I planned to stay for one night, but ended up staying for three. It is one of the more authentic beachfront cabins that you can find. While other beachfront cabins have restuarants/ music/ light, this one is really calm and that was exactly what I was looking for, as I could hear the sound of the waves. I had the second row cabin. The two front cabins look great directly on the beach, but I was happy with my cabin, as it was calm and I felt quite protected. And I could still see and hear the sea (see picture). The terasse is lovely, it has a roof, I was sitting there one evening while it was raining and it was pretty cosy, there is a light outside that can be switched on. The place on the terasse was my favorite. The location is wonderful, as I could get up and could directly have a swim. I felt like this area of the beach is less croweded than the rest, but it is still pretty much in the middle of the beach, so it's perfect. WiFi works well too. Tipu was very friendly and made me feel at home. He helped me where he could. When I needed to print out my flight ticket, he went off to print it for me. It's a hidden gem, I will definitely come back. Highly recommend :)
