Nachdem wir wirklich schlechte Bewertungen zu unserem Familienbungalow gelesen hatten, sind wir mit einem flauen Gefühl nach Ubud gestartet. Als wir unseren Bungalow betraten, sind wir jedoch aus dem Staunen nicht mehr rausgekommen. So ein toller, großer und gut ausgestatteter Bungalow! Und zu dem Preis: einfach mega. Es war weder dreckig, noch schimmelig, noch gab es große Defekte. Warmes Wasser und gutes WLAN war auch vorhanden. Wir hatten den Pool direkt vor der Terrassentür immer für uns alleine. Die Poolanlage war auch gepflegt. Für uns hatte Igna Bungalows die perfekte Lage: super zentral in der Stadt von Ubud und trotzdem wie mitten im Urwald. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und erfüllte uns Sonderwünsche bzgl des Frühstücks (wir mussten wegen eines Ausflugs einmal früher frühstücken). Es wurde uns täglich auf Bestellung direkt in den Bungalow geliefert. Richtig toll.

Wenn man sehr mäkelig ist, hätte vielleicht etwas gründlicher gewischt werden können. Aber grundsätzlich war es ausreichend sauber.

La posizione è perfetta, fuori dalla confusione ma nel centro di Ubud. Molto silenzio e tranquillità. Colazione puntuale

Manca una luce da comodino e una mensola vicino al lavandino del bagno per appossgiare il beautycase.

Manque de propreté notamment sur la terrasse et la piscine ++ Manque de professionnalisme pour le personnel.. (sauf la manager)
