"Poor hygiene"

The breakfast was good, the staffs were very nice. But the hotel was extremely dirty.

The Hygiene was very very poor. The hotel was so dirty that we both got sick during our stay. The room was full of dust and mosquitos, the bathroom was so dirty that we couldn't even properly use the toilet. The doors were broken. Also, they charged us 3% extra for paying with card which was not mentioend during the booking, and i tried to contact booking.com for it with peiority support and booking.com was completely unavailable as always. This would be my last time I will book anything via booking.com since they have turned out to be a company who do not provide priority suport as per their promise.

Más bonito que en las fotos !!! Limpieza diaria de la habitación , las toallas huelen a perfume ..desayuno perfecto !!! Cerca de todo pero alejado del ruido . Personal super amable …maravillosa piscina …. Es ideal en Ubud a u. Precio increíble !!!!
