The Breakfast was good if your there a few days If a longer stay they need to change it up a bit.. Sausages etc

La piscina es muy bonita, el hotel está céntrico.

Estuvimos un día entero sin agua. Se lo comentamos en recepción, pero dijeron que era cosa del gobierno. Pedimos el desayuno el día anterior para las 7:30h (el horario es de 7:00h a 10:30h) porque teníamos que coger el barco de vuelta. Finalmente, nos tuvimos que ir sin desayunar porque se les olvidó el encargo y los empleados/as solamente decían “I am sorry” sin hacer nada para solucionar el problema, a pesar de nosotros seguir esperando por el desayuno.

숙소가 조용하고 위치가 좋았습니다. 그리고 청결에 신경을 많이 쓰는게 눈에 보였습니다. 직원분이 개인적으로 어려운 일이 있을때 흔쾌히 도와주셔서 더 감동이었습니다. The place was quiet, well located, and very clean. Special thanks to Jozy for kindly helping me during a difficult moment. if I visit Gili Island again, I would definitely stay here again.

사원이 근처에 있어서 기도소리가 잘 들리지만 길리섬에서 지내다보면 익숙해져서 크게 신경쓰이진 않습니다. There is a mosque nearby, so you can hear the call to prayer clearly, but after spending some time on Gili Island, you get used to it and it doesn’t bother you much.

Оплата производилась не через букинг. А через терминал персонала . А у них дополнительный процент к оплате картой(( Было не очень приятно

The location close to the harbour was perfect 👍 The staff was extremely friendly and supportive! Every day,we had breakfast on the table at the preferred time! I really recommend the green banana ;) Great stay, for a awesome holiday.

Zoals bij vele hotels laat de douche te wensen over.

We really enjoyed our stay here, I recommend this place, staff was nice and helpful, the pool was clean and almost always empty during our stay and it was open untill night, the breakfast was great and generous. there's a bike rental next door, it wasn't that far from the harbour we had one suitcase and two backpacks and we didn't have problems walking to the stay.

Having a kettle would have been great, also since water is free it would have been nice to have a water jug in the room because we always had to ask staff for new water bottle
