Albany Home Stay

Everything! We came for the motogp and it's only 5-10 minutes to circuit Mandalika by scooter. The bed was comfy, there is aircon, water pressure in shower was good, there was plenty of room, a fridge, breakfast included and water bottle refills. Mr Gun and the team were always friendly and very helpful. They organised scooter rental, an airport transfer and a ride to Bangsal. Great value for money and I would happily stay again.

There's a few little mosquitoes or similar, so a can of bug killer would be good. And there were no cups in the room until we asked for them. The lighting is not very bright too. Otherwise, it was great.

Location and staff

It's not too clean and there's big lizards inside the room.

The location was nice.

The TV was non-functional, it was one of the reasons I booked the room. The breakfast was inedible. The bed was not that comfy and the room itself was rather dusty with big cobwebs overhead. The staff seemed all together unwilling to help me out with basic requests.

It was quite central and the bed was big that’s all everything was very poorly done!

It was very dirty, all the linen had brown/yellow stains, all pillows had mould on them! I asked for different ones the staff sad the host would be on it and I didn’t get a pillow in 7 days of my stay. I had to go trough 4 rooms to find 2 pillows without mould. If I hadn’t done that we wouldn’t have had pillows the whole stay! Staff also very unfriendly. The walls were covered in lizard poo, a whipe would do the job ! The bathroom is disgusting a lot of yellow stains and the shower is covered in Kalk looks like it never has been cleaned.

The room was so spacious with a lot of outdoor space to hang out! Beautiful garden and the staff was really nice!
