Friendly staff! Great location definitely value for money.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and really comfortable. The location is perfect, really central but quiet because it's off the main drag. They have free water and yummy breakfasts and you can buy bintangs from the fridge! 100% recommend

Our stay was great! Location, breakfast and rooms were all amazing and all the rooms had a large outdoor area to sit and relax. We ended up staying 3 weeks and having a fridge in the room was really helpful, as well as free water refill to avoid having to buy plastic bottles. Our room got cleaned every few days which was perfect and the bed was super comfy. The staff were the best! Very helpful, funny and hardworking. Great value for money, good to keep this in mind when setting expectations. Will definitely stay here when in Lombok again.

big rooms with a private outside place. you can eat your breakfast in front of your room and watch the nice garden. the staff is very kind and helpful to find a scooter or transport! extended 2 times. I will definitely come back!

They made a mistake when paying my account, then went around kuta telling everyone, I owed them money

Good location walking distance to centre. Nice tropical garden Outlook and large traditional style rooms.

Room inside is dark and tired looking. Whole property needs freshening up with a paint up and cleaning needs to be paid more attention to. The mosquito net above the bed had many various dead bugs on it on arrival and remained there for next guests when we left 4 days later. Bin on veranda remained unemptied for duration of stay.

location is great, near the main road but tucked away. free breakfast is also good, large outside seating area. staff is really nice, I just don’t think there’s a lot of direction from the manager

It’s pretty run down and for the price you can get something better, the whole place needs a lot of repairs and cleaning. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned, sheets and comforters are brown with a lot of stains, I had SO many mosquitoes in my room even though I left my door and windows closed. The staff kept wanting me to pay with cash and would say the card machine was broken but when I insisted the machine suddenly started working again.
