Very central location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, offering recommendations for which beaches to visit. Room was spacious and was cleaned for us during our stay.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere la bellissima spiaggia di Alvor e la praia dos tre irmaos, inoltre si trova nella via principale con negozietti e ristoranti. La nostra host, Marta, è stata gentilissima e disponibile. La struttura comprende anche un bar: si tratta di un locale ben curato e molto tranquillo che non ci ha affatto disturbato, anzi! La colazione inclusa era abbondante e molto buona. C’è inoltre la possibilità di usufruire di una vasca idromassaggio.

La nostra camera era sprovvista di uno spazio esterno per stendere asciugamani e costumi bagnati, inoltre il bagno era cieco.

We loved the location, the space was great. Lovely having a shared kitchen. Marta was a very helpful host. Breakfast perfect. The shared terrace was lovely.

Our room E was a little dated. Needed a bit of a refresh….

The Kite centre guesthouse is right in the centre of the town. With the window closed you wouldn't be able to tell as its so quiet. The bar restaurant was great to have at your feet food and drinks in there were great. The breakfast was fantastic and the property was clean and tidy. The sun terrace was also great to have, towering over the town to give you spectacular views of the bay. A nice place to come and relax and watch the world go by.

Marta greeted us and provided a comprehensive guide to all the amenities of the guesthouse. She was very helpful and available if we needed advice. The breakfast was wonderful, every day a new item on our individual table. Lovingly prepared and laid out. The service we received was second to none, We were delighted to have our breakfast in a relaxing, almost zen atmosphere. The perfect start to our day. The guesthouse is relatively small, offering only five rooms. This gave a feeling of true relaxation away from the crowds and was definitely not a 'Brits Abroad' scenario. Perfect for solo travellers too.
