The property is ill managed and looks understaffed, with basic amenities like water in question.

I really like how Avinash took care of us ! He was always 1 call away and helped us out Every possible way ! Property is amazing ! Exactly how it looks in the picture

Hospitality .. just a call away u can get everything.. from breakfast at the room to a rental bike for the day to a taxi for airport drop... Ambience is too good and rates are very economical

Hospitality provided by Avinash was second to none! Rooms are basic but spacious & clean.

Pool is not very usable.

Botanique is a basic but very well appointed property adjacent to the famous Izumi restaurant. My room was large - almost like a small apartment with kitchen, living area and separate bedroom. It was clean, with a comfortable bed and stylish touches. The staff were excellent especially Avinash who took excellent care of me. The location is also unbeatable - in the heart of Assagao, next to several restaurants and cafes and shops. Will definitely be happy to be back.

Excellent choice of breakfast. Fresh delicious and served with smiles in the morning. The staff right from housekeeping to food service are excellent. Mr Avinash the main person at the property is an asset to the property. He did every thing possible to make our stay most enjoyable and comfortable. I could also see him work nonstop and was available at every time. His 'no problem' attitude will take him a long way.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and everything worked fine for us, and they let us store our bags there and relax after check out before our journey onwards

The pool isn't private - it's actually a restaurant so the people eating can see you The place is in the middle of nowhere a bit so if you don't want to eat at the restaurants nearby you are a bit stuck. It would have been good to have some information about how to get around

Fabulous location with the best of North goas shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Easy parking. Access to a swimming pool. Spacious. Service from Avinash Sharma was excellent. Breakfast to order, was freshly made and over generous! Fresh juice, tea /coffee, pohé/upma/eggs + toast, either in the room or in the restaurant, included in the very reasonable cost.

Run down & poor maintenance showed with broken kitchen cabinet door, broken and frosted ice filled freezer compartment, TV didn't work. Towels for the room and pool side were threadbare & hard. Marks on bedsheets (from rust) although everything was very clean. Bathroom remained damp throughout, no extractor fan and no mesh on window so therefore couldn't be opened due to mosquitos. The room could have done with more amenities - were provided with an iron on request but there was no access to a hairdryer. As The poolside area and garden could not be used really due to broken loungers, tiles and non maintenance of the garden. Some lighting & tlc would make this area fabulous! It's not in keeping with the Izumi restaurant, a completely different entity but shared premises.
