Extremely spacious rooms, lovely staff and service, right on the main road of Assagao and walking distance to the best restaurants, but calm and within a jungle of its own. Great pool, as clean as it can get in the middle of so much greenery and home to the cutest cats. Overall, excellent value for money.

We had to stay the night without power back up for 2-3 hrs but next day Avinash fixed it.

Thank you for hosting me and my mother on the occasion of her birthday. We had a wonderful experience staying at this lovely property. Especially because of the great service provided by Avinash and team. They were super prompt and efficient, definitely an asset to the property. The rooms are massive! With a kitchenette and a sofa bed that can easily accommodate a bigger family. The bedroom has a four poster bed and a cute terrace to lounge and have your breakfast after a swim. The pool is one of the best parts of the property, huge and beautiful. There is a restaurant and a clothing store inside the premises, along with many other popular ones.. all within walking distance. And there’s ample parking space for your vehicle. I’d give an 11 star rating if it was possible!

There was nothing really that I didn’t like, but I guess the kitchen could have some sort of cooking arrangement.. an induction stove or a toaster atleast because it’s pretty much redundant right now. A fire TV stick would also be a great addition. Hot water was an issue because of the solar heating. Other than that everything was great!

Gorgeous property, Avinash and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They seemed to take a lot of pride in their work which refcted in his conduct. Noone rushes you , the service style is customer centric .
