Extremely unprofessional staff. they were never available to attend to guests’ problems, e.g. there was no water in the bathroom from the night before and there was no one to address our concern regarding the same till 10 next morning. The so called 24 hours reception area is empty most of the time. The manager wasn’t available on phone when called. The list of problems can go on. But what was the most disappointing bit was the so called complimentary breakfast and the way the staff tried to cheat us with the bill. Day 1 breakfast didn’t include eggs. So we ordered 3 plates of eggs. When we were paying they charged us Rs. 60 instead of Rs. 25 per plate of egg as per the menu. When we said we would put this in our review, they said they will pay us back but not to put it in review. There is a guy named Qadir who looks after the property who did the billing and deliberately overcharged us till we pointed out. He was even charging us for the tea which should be a part of the breakfast. He is a sweet talker and tried to dissuade us from writing a review and any guest staying there should definitely be careful of this man. We paid what they charged and told him that it is not about the extra 100 rupees he charged us, it is the attitude to fleece which is a problem and which must be reported. Above all this, the listing of facilities is a total lie. There are no toiletries given, one small blanket for a double bed only, no electric kettle and wifi never works in the rooms. Moreover they charged for the water bottles they kept in the rooms which anybody would imagine to be complimentary considering there was no jug with filtered water either in the room. I’m not sure if the person who runs this is aware of all this, or whether even the manager is aware since he is never available on calls. But the staff definitely is running their side business under their nose, causing trouble to guests. Will never book this again!!
