The location is perfect, just a 20 minute walk from Kandy city, and we easily got a PickMe ride for only 180 LKR.The place itself was superb clean, modern room with all the needed facilities.The host was always smiling and ready to help with anything.The Sri Lankan breakfast was absolutely delicious.Highly recommended

The host, just 26 years old, has built this place from a very basic level to a beautiful property with 5 clean and comfortable rooms. The whole place is calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Our room and bathroom were spotless. We had a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast the biggest and most delicious breakfast I’ve ever had in my life! The host truly doesn’t care about money, he is genuinely focused on giving the best service to his guests. Highly recommended!

was sick for 3 days in Sigiriya and it got worse when I came to Kandy. The host was truly amazing — he arranged doctor visits and blood tests for me on his own bike and took care of everything. On my last day, I tried to give him a tip but he refused, saying, “You are my guest, it’s my responsibility.” In all my travels to 14 countries, I’ve never experienced such heartfelt hospitality. Thank you so much for your kindness!

I had a wonderful stay, and I want to give special appreciation to the staff member who looked after us during our time at the hotel. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. From the moment we arrived, they made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect Stay in Kandy 10/10! This hotel is run by a wonderful father and son team. The father, a retired chef, brings warmth and hospitality to the place. The room was superb.for the price, it’s honestly unbelievable. Everything was clean and well-maintained: spotless bathroom, good hot shower, new A/C units, and fast Wi-Fi. The “Pick Me” service works perfectly from here too. Overall, this is a perfect place to stay in Kandy

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a large, spacious washroom. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming not focused on money, but always trying to give the best service possible. You can really feel the hospitality. Also, getting to Kandy is easy and affordable an Uber from the hotel to the city cost just LKR 180. Highly recommended!

On my 2nd day I stayed at a hotel in Kandy, and it was an amazing experience. The owner, Mr. Pragateesh provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. The Sri Lankan breakfast was absolutely perfect—delicious and authentic. As an Indian traveler, I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kandy!
