I would suggest if any one is planning to come with family. It's very safe, clean and very good service.

They offer four rooms, each impeccably clean and comfortable. We stayed here for 2 nights. The beds feature traditional cotton mattresses that are firm yet soft, providing a nostalgic charm. The bathroom has been recently renovated, with a fully functional geyser. Rooms are well-ventilated, equipped with a good air conditioner, and the Wi-Fi signal is reliably strong. They have a TV inside the room but I didn't use it so can't comment. The ambiance reflects that of a typical middle-class Maharashtrian home, as the property is an old-style bungalow thoughtfully converted into a cozy guesthouse. Conveniently located in the heart of the city, it’s close to Mahalaxmi Temple and bustling bazaars. The caretaker is friendly and eager to assist, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. The area is called Bel-bagh and you'll get autos from this place to all the attractions including Jyotiba and Panhala.

These are suggestions: The tea they serve comes from a machine—similar to those commonly found in office settings. I would much prefer having a tea kettle along with tea bags, sugar, and milk powder for a more personalized and enjoyable experience. Also, they don't have a functional kitchen so the food has to be either ordered from the limited menu they have or zomatoed.

Location is very good and near temple. Property is very well maintained and has parking inside. Complimentary tea coffee is served once.

Prices could be little lower for short time. We used the property only to sleep in night i.e. 10PM to 4AM.
