The reviews on booking.com are deceiving. I guess bevause this hotel pays his guests for good reviews. The high rating is far from the truth and the stay is dissapointing. The staff doesn't communicate at all. No clear answers for the problems (WiFi gets disconnected and the water heater stopped working) and when asked about it, the answers were "how do I know?".

It was a nice little cozy room. AC, hot water etc. was working fine. Tv was working. Room & bed was neat & clean. Room condition/decor was good. It is situated in a peaceful location but it is little outside the market/main area. We arrived a bit early but the hotel accommodated us as soon as the prior guest in our room left & the room was cleaned. They also kept our luggage after checkout. The attending person was helpful.

Generally many hotels give upgrades in booking without asking. Our experience was different here. We booked a budget room but we found out later on that the deluxe room was available in the same hotel on significantly less than the price we paid. We enquired about that room because it was sitting empty & available. But we were not given any upgrade/room change even after asking. So it pinched a bit staying in a budget room when on the same date a deluxe room was empty with less price as per booking.com. The room was a budget room so it did not have any cupboard/wardrobe etc. The hotel was charging for cutlery/table etc. in case we order from outside. It wasn't complimentary. Apparently there wasn't any kitchen in the hotel so no tea/ welcome drink/ fresh water jug etc. available. It wasn't at walkable distance from Mahalakshmi mandir (in case you are looking for such an option)

Everything was perfect. Rooms were were clean, bed comfy, shower hot, AC good, quiet at night, couldn’t expect more. Siddesh the main staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful, master of communication!

The property is exceptionally clean. Hygiene is being maintained of the ultimate standards. It is also easily walking from the main Ambabai Mahalaxmi Temple, under 1km (10mins walking). The rooms are spacious, the area is peaceful, yet well-connected. The guy was very helpful, allowed us to stay back in the common area after checkout as our train was in a few hours. I would definitely recommend it for families and folks looking forward to a peaceful and well-managed stay.
