Good location

It is not worth for money. If someone doesn't have any place to go he may park himself there. Washroom is awful. Mid low standard.

location is excellent, very convenient to shopping, metro, heart of the city

Mr Ravi (owner or caretaker) should learn to be honest and straightforward. He quotes different rates for the room at different times. The room itself is like a dungeon, does not have windows, geyser does not work, fittings look jaded, AC takes long time to cool, the lock is dodgy, the fitting to have the power on is dodgy. to top it all, nothing is offered, not even coffee/tea or breakfast. Mr Ravi gave a convenient excuse of gas cylinder shortage. Also, he mentioned that undergarments cannot be washed in the washing machine -- which is so irritating. He then has the audacity to ask for a good review.

Nothing. Place is old. It is a shared space. Place is run down.

Poor ambience. Dirty and old Toilet. Stale smell in the room
