The staff was very kind and also polite rooms were best and clean and the best was the roof top kicthen with the best food. Recommend to stay here for family

Slight issue with getting auto if you want near room but just 5 min walk from the room auto can be booked online.

The hotel was very clean, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was well taken care of at a reasonable price. Close to the city and the fort, within walking distance through the old town. On the day of my check-out, the hotel kindly stored my luggage and even allowed me to wait comfortably in the hotel until my late-night bus. The staff showed excellent hospitality, always attentive and service-minded. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. I was truly impressed and would highly recommend staying here.

Not a good place for visitors. While going had to walk down to the hotel and everytime while going out had to walk down to MG hospital road to catch uber. This place is no booking zone of uber , so you cannot book uber for pickup from this place and cab only select the nearest place that is MG hospital road. Ordered chicken biryani but that had no taste virtually so food was also not good in taste. For breakfast I went to reception in morning and noone was there then kept calling the reception person on his mobile and kept going to reception, neither anyone was to be found at reception bor anyone would pickup the call for 1 hour. Finally at 9am I got call back and then after asking was informed that breakfast is in terrace. Even here for 25-30 mins they could not prepare paratha and I was getting late for flight so I left without breakfast but the manager packed paratha and handed over to me. No good experience here to share. Rooms are small but neat and clean and it's named as haveli but it's not a haveli but rather a house modified to give superficial look of haveli.

Nice rooftop bar. They upgraded our room with no extra cost. Very friendly staff. Sheets were clean and bed very comfortable

Parking issues. My car bonnet paint got badly scratched by some street dog.
