Guys who run this place are very helpful and positive. .They had answered all my questions and also gave some helpful advices about where to go and what to see in Pune. Aircondicioning works great, It was even bit too cold for me in my dorm,but it's individual preference. .Overall very positive experience.

As a traveller sometimes it is difficult to find a "comfort place", a place where you feel at home, but not in this case: Ashirwad absolutely exceeded my expectation: the place is really well maintained, it is really clean and the owner is really nice and he speaks perfect English. I have been already a couple of times and if I will need to come back to Pune I will definitely stay here again.

would be nice to have a room to practice yoga, chill, etc
