"It was a good stay just the ants made it a bit uncomfortable."

The property is in such a good location. Easy access to the beach and the markets.

Everything would have been perfect except that there were so many ants in the room and the bathroom floor.

Location, cleanliness, owner behaviour, homely

The location of the Henry's place is best it's very close to beach and that too best part of the Calangute beach. The beach is less crowded there. Also the Host behaviour is very good. The property is clean and felt homely. Overall a very good budget hotel.

Henry and Filomena were great hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ve stayed in candolim several times but this is the best place by far. Close to the beach yet quiet and the rooms were immaculate. Wish we’d found it sooner.

"Fab location and a great room."

Great room in a great location. The owners very helpful and the whole experience was excellent. Comfortable beds and very good value.

Fridge was bit noisy so we turned it off over night. No big deal for us. Few issues paying by card so could maybe smooth out card payments.

"Amazing stay"

The rooms were spotlessly clean, fresh towels every day and clean bedding alternate days. Perfect location. The host was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Would 100% recommend this hotel. We will be back.
