Location is good it's nearby to the market.

I didn't like the room, the price is not what you expect. I pay for the room with "BATHROOM" and I also leave messages when I booked it. When I was there, the bathroom was not attached to the room. It was in the alley, near the pantry area and at the back of another room. But in the booking I booked it says ROOM WITH BATHROOM, so I expected it to be in the room INSIDE. NOT OUTSIDE! This is my 2nd visit to Casa. The first one I didn't notice when I booked was that it was a shared bathroom. So, when I booked again, I preferred ROOM WITH BATHROOM INSIDE! I'm really pissed off and disappointed about the small room with a damaged chair and a COCKROACH inside the room. And why didn't this facility give BASIC GUEST KIT ??? I DON'T KNOW THE REASON? IT IS BASIC IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY! For the second time around, they don't have a basic guest kit. They just give 2 towels (old) and a blanket that is not so comfortable (small and very thin). The hotel is an old house that they keep as a business, but it is not WORTHY THE PRICE ITSELF. 😔 The staff is good and accommodating. The owner should be mindful of the guest requests and suggestions. In business, word of mouth is very POWERFUL. I can't suggest this hotel to my friends. So dissatisfied. Thank you.

Only its centrally located

Bathroom smells bad and room is not being cleaned. Room is so enclosed and AC is not strong enough.

The hotel rate was ok. But, since the hotel kinda like a regular house you can hear the noise from outside. Bathrooms are not the best. I would say they need to replace all their shower heads. I moved bedrooms 3 times and all their shower head’s are broken. Shared toilets and bathroom are stinks. No 24 hrs attendant.

No 24 hrs attendant plus you can hear the noise from outside. Over all this hotel is a regular house.

Stayed for one night with family and one year old baby , the place is clean nice and quiet , staff are nice but there’s no hair dryer and baby crib
