The location is perfect. Near to the Sivasagar town.

There is frequent power cuts and that is not the fault of the property though. It is because of the area.

Rustic house building Clean Nice food and budget price Quiet Just new renovated house A little bit far from city center but this is the readon why we choose to visit (Tip: tuk-tuk 30 pp from city cneter. Don't over that price.) Bed is comfortable not too hard and too soft

No WiFi (but now yes I know) The husband is forgetful. He promised something but later he forgot soon XDDDDD To many mosquitos You should follow the breakfast time at 9p.m. Power-off in Sivasagar is usual not homestay's problem

Found the place very peaceful and safe to stay.

The poultry shade is attached to the property which stinks at times and become a bit irritating.
